NEW PLANTERS FOR CHELFORD STATION
9th October 2008

The transformation of Chelford station continues.  Colourful flowers are now in place in the planters on the Crewe-bound platform, brightening up the station considerably.

The hard work of the volunteers at Chelford was recognised at national level when shortlisted for the 2008 Community Rail Awards Best Station Garden award.
